Can you assist us with converting our books from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online?

Yes, we’ve assisted numerous businesses to not only make the switch but also ensure that they feel confident using the new Quickbooks Online platform.

Can you train me or my staff to be able to properly use Quickbooks Online in our business?

Yes, we will ensure that you and your staff are completely capable of operating the new system and we will continue to work with you to make sure that there are no complications moving forward.  We also offer the option of completely handling all of your bookkeeping duties ourselves so that you can concentrate on your business.

Our financial books are a mess – Can you help clean them up?

Yes, this is one of our areas of expertise as we have helped many businesses with years of neglected or disorganized books get back to having well-organized, professional financial books, and statements.

Can you assist with any type of bookkeeping software?

No, we work exclusively with Quickbooks Online which gives us the opportunity to work on your company’s books from anywhere at any time, thus giving you the freedom to continue to operate your business without interruption.

Do you handle payroll?

Yes, we will process your payroll and handle all of the tax responsibilities that are associated with your company’s payroll.

Can you complete our annual business taxes also?

Although this isn’t what we specialize in, we do have two enrolled tax agents with the combined experience of over 70 years that can handle your needs in this arena.

What is your hourly rate?

We don’t charge on an hourly basis, but instead, we will determine a one-time charge for “straightening out” your books and then possibly a monthly fee that is based on the information attained during our initial free consultation session.

Can you help us prepare for getting a business loan?

Yes, we will prepare the proper financial statements and relevant materials so that you will be ready when this need arises.

Do you have experience with our type of business?

We currently serve clients in the construction industry, retail establishments, food service/restaurants, churches, architectural firms, warehousing, education services, property management, and holding companies with multiple businesses.  If you don’t see your type of business on this list, we should still be able to assist you with your need.
